On July 3, more than 40 students majoring in energy storage science and engineering from New Energy of China University of Petroleum (East China) visited Haidriver for cognitive internship to learn about the innovative technologies and applications in the field of hydrogen energy from hydrogen production to hydrogen use, and started a wonderful journey of hydrogen energy exploration.

They visited Haidriver’s exhibition halls, laboratories, fuel cell production plants, test workshops, and the Zero-Carbon Demonstration Project, and had a close look at a variety of fuel cell vehicles supported by Haidriver. The technical staff of Haidriver gave a detailed introduction to the development status of hydrogen energy, industry prospects, the company's advantageous innovative technologies, product platforms and solutions, etc., and the students had a heated discussion with the technical personnel. This exploration trip deepened the students' understanding of hydrogen energy and energy storage, and triggered new thinking about the energy industry.

As an innovation-driven enterprise, Haidriver attaches great importance to the cultivation of a new generation of hydrogen talents. In June 2023, the company officially signed a contract with the New Energy College of China University of Petroleum (East China) to jointly build a practical teaching base. Since the cooperation, the two sides have strengthened exchanges and cooperation in talent training and industry-university-research to jointly cultivate industrial talents. At present, the school-enterprise cooperation has begun to bear fruit, and many students have joined Haidriver for employment and started their careers in hydrogen energy.
